Our intent is to provide an economical alternative to slip fees when boat owners need to work on a vessel for an extended period. This is also a more marriage-friendly alternative to backyard storage for boat projects. Our fees will typically be 50% of local market slip fees, and we can easily include an amortized cost of moving the boat into monthly fees so owners can better control costs.
Boats that are being actively worked on pay a little more to cover the additional space that is required around their vessel, as well as power, air and water supply, and access to large tools, while storage-only boats enjoy better pricing.
We are happy to build boat sheds and covers specific to your vessel if you need them. Please ask (in fact, Leland has a great story about this if you ask him).

Also: Mast storage
To save space, or hassle, you might want to store your mast separate from the boat. Maybe you have an old rig you are looking to sell, or put up for a bit for a refit. We have a dedicated mast rack on one side of the yard that can take any spar you’ve got.
