This is a Morrelli & Melvin designed power catamaran with a beam of 24′ and that comfortably sleeps six. Powered by twin 660 hp Caterpillar diesel engines driving 32″ stainless steel propellers, this vessel cruises at 20.4 knots with a top speed of 24.7 knots. We were tasked with getting it up off blocks at this warehouse and out to the water where it was lifted off the trailer. Any catamaran is an interesting load because of the beam and odd center of gravity.
